Schools

Residents of Heritage Park Village HOA (HSHPV) are zoned to Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD). Students in grades 1-5 typically attend Wedgewood Elementary (Village) or Landolt Elementary (Gardens & Estates). Students in grades 6-8 typically attend Brookside Intermediate (Village) or Westbrook Intermediate (Gardens & Estates). Students in grades 9-12 typically attend Clear Brook High School (Village, Gardens, & Estates). Zoning maps may change at any time at CCISD’s discretion. Residents should use CCID’s School Finder to get official information.

Per general CCISD policy, students who reside more than 2 miles from their school (as measured along public roadways) are eligible for bus transportation. Clear Brook High School is our immediate neighbor, and students typically do not receive bus service. Bus service for elementary and intermediate school varies. Residents should check official service information via CCISD’s infofinder tool.

Trash & Recycling Collection

For efficient and economical service, Heritage Park Village HOA (HSHPV) maintains a contract for trash & recycling service to the entire community. As of June 2020, the rate is $54/ quarter. This fee is not included in annual HOA dues. Each homeowner signs up independently and pays Texas Pride directly. Trash is picked up Monday and Thursday. Recycling is picked up Monday. Electricity

Our community is located in a deregulated market. Homeowners can choose from many providers. Texas' Power to Choose is the official electric choice website run and owned by the Public Utility Commission of Texas. When using the tool, select CenterPoint as the TDU (Transmission and Distribution Utility).

Water and Sewer 

Residents of Heritage Park Village HOA are located in Harris County MUD55 which provides water and sewer service. As of June 2020, MUD55 holds a contract with SiEnviro. Contact SiEnviro for signup. Contact Equi-Tax for questions about MUD taxes.

Internet, Telephone & Cable

All major wireless providers service our area. Landline internet/ cable is available from AT&T and Comcast. Other providers may be available.

Police, Ambulance, Fire service

For emergencies, dial 911. Heritage Park Village HOA is located in unincorporated Harris County and served by the Harris County Sheriff. The sheriff’s non-emergency hotline is 713-221-6000. Callers may choose to make anonymous reports.
